Ordering & Shipping

1) Ordering

When you have found the right item in the shop, you can select the desired article by clicking on it and placing it in the shopping basket. If you then continue to follow the order system and send off your order, you will immediately receive order confirmation by e-mail to the e-mail address you have specified. When the corresponding article has been sent to you, you will receive a further confirmation by e-mail. The article should reach you within a maximum of seven working days.
We make every effort to ensure that all the articles offered in the shop (and specified as being in stock) actually are available. However, it can happen that at the moment in which you place your order, the same article is also ordered by other shoppers and is therefore no longer available. You will be notified immediately; in addition, the invoice will be amended accordingly.

2) Means of payment

The articles ordered in the shop, plus the shipping costs, can be paid for using the following means

  • by credit card
  • by paypal

Credit card: The details you provide will be transferred in encrypted form to the payment provider (ADYEN), who in turn activates the payment process also in encrypted form. A refund of sums is possible exclusively to the credit card used for payment.

Paypal; PayPal is an online payment service company PayPal (Europe) S.A.R.L. & Cie . , S.C.A. To use this payment method, you will need a PayPal account. With PayPal, you can easily pay by entering your email address and password. Then your PayPal account is debited by the amount of your order.

3) Delivery and shipping costs

Your order and p.r.n. payment process finished, we forward your items to our trusted parcel service contractor, which will deliver your order to the given address. The postage for delivery within France, Luxembourg, Denmark and Monaco amounts to 6,90 €. Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Finland, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania. Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, spain, Sweden and United Kingdom amounts to 9,90 €. All packages are fully insured against damage or loss in transit.

4) Returns

If an ordered article fails to please, you can return it to us within a period of two weeks (of receipt of the goods). Please note that we can only accept unworn, unwashed and not soiled goods as returns. Furthermore, some articles are secured with security seals. If the goods are damaged, soiled, washed or if the security seal has been damaged or removed, we shall not be obliged to accept the goods or return the purchase price to you. In the case of a complete return of your order the purchase price will be refunded in full.Please also note the revocation instructions in the Terms and Conditions.

5) Repayment deadlines

Once the return has been accepted (the items must be in good condition and internal labels intact), you receive an email confirming that the amount is credited in a few days. Please note that a credit to your credit card always depend on your financial institution.

7) Customer account/my account

If you have saved your personal data in a customer account, you can access your customer account using your log in/e-mail address and your password. Data in your customer account (e.g. delivery address, e-mail address, password, etc.) can be changed at any time, and the order status of goods viewed. Should you have forgotten your password, please follow the link and we will send you a new password. You also have the possibility of shopping without an existing customer account.
